 BACKGROUND | A. TAFE Queensland Regions are registered training organisations and experienced
                      providers of training services.
                   B. Noose Shire Council is a Local Government Entity. Noosa Council was re-
                      established following de-amalgamation from the Sunshine Coast Regional
                      Council on 1 January 2014. The Noosa community is represented by 6
                      Councillors and Mayor, Council meetings, employment, rates governance and
                      more..
                  C. The purpose of this MOU is to enable the Parties to establish a voluntary
                      cooperative and/or collaborative effort concerning the Services for the mutual
                      benefit of each Party, in accordance with the provisions of this MOU.
