Good afternoon,

My name is Jennifer Heath and I am writing this email to address the proposed Broiler Chicken Farm on Top Forestry Road at Ridgewood.

I am a resident on Old Ceylon Road, Ridgewood, and feel that the proposed farm for this area is totally unsuitable. This area has a large number of Land for Wildlife participants who are trying to restore/protect this area as a valuable wildlife area of the Hinterland. This farm would be detrimental to this wildlife corridor, causing noise, disruption to the native fauna and flora and the large number of heavy vehicles travelling the roads could endanger the animals.

The noise and smell and run off into the watercourses would be damaging to the environment.

The road which would be carrying these vehicles is totally unsuitable, being narrow, winding and with obstructed visibility to see other vehicles. The turn into Old Ceylon Road is very tight and it can be difficult in a car let alone a truck.

Please do not approve this application for this area, preserve the natural beauty of the Hinterland.

Yours faithfully,

Jennifer Heath.
