    3. Details of Submission
    I (We), make lhe following submission: I oppose the Noosa Civic Expansion.
     I oppose the proposed expansion of the Noosa Civic Cenlre on the grounds that Noosa already has too much
    commercial space as is evidenced by lhe commercial vacancies and business closures (eg berardos) in all Noosa
    shopping areas including (but not limited 10) Noosa Junction, Tewantin, Noosa Village and Hastings St.
    Each new vacancy sleals a lillie vibrancy from lhe area further diminishing the appeal of the remaining businesses.
    More commercial space will only exacerbate the problem of oversupply of commercial space that already exists.
    For these reasons I oppose the Noosa Civic Expansion proposal.
