                 Dear Noosa Shire Council,

I wish to formally express my support for the Weddings and Events Centre proposed for 658
                 Louis Bazzo Drive.

Having spent over 40 years as a resident of this Shire and having been Director of a Shire
Council Future Directions Scheme, the need for additional event spaces in our hinterland is
clear. This development will meet that demand while promoting economic growth in our region.

The project is consistent with the planning objectives outlined in the Noosa Shire Economic
Development Strategy and would greatly benefit local hospitality businesses.

I hope you will give this project positive consideration.

                 Sincerely

                 Barry Lazarus
