PLANNING & ORGANISATION COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA 23 JUNE 2015 RECOMMENDATION That Council note the report by the Development Planner to the Planning & Organisation Committee Meeting dated 23 June 2015 regarding Application No. RAP15/0008 for a Concurrence Agency Response for a detached house situated at 1 Overton Way, Kin Kin and approve the application in accordance with the following conditions: PLANNING When Conditions must be Complied With 1. Unless otherwise stated, all conditions of this Concurrence Agency Response must be complied with prior to the use commencing, and then compliance maintained at all times while the use continues. Approved Plans 2. Development undertaken in accordance with this approval must generally comply with the approved plans of development. The approved plans are listed in the following table unless otherwise amended by these conditions and annotations. Plan No. Rev. The maximum height of the development must not exceed 8 metres above the finished ground level and the natural ground surface and 2 storeys. Performance Bond 4. Security in the form of a cash bond or trading bank guarantee to the sum of $2,000 must be submitted to Council within 28 days of the date of this Concurrence Agency Response to secure performance of all conditions of this approval. The cash bond or trading bank guarantee will be returned on performance of the conditions of approval less any costs incurred by Council in respect of enforcing performance of this permit. Council reserves the right to call upon the bond or guaranteed sum to effect compliance with conditions. Page 52 of 123
