1 Subject Site The subject site is located at 18 Shearwater Street, Peregian Beach (Lot 424 on P93116). The site has an area of 545m2 and a frontage of 18.1m to Shearwater Street. The site adjoins other dwelling houses on the side boundaries and reserve to the rear. The existing dwelling will be demolished for the new proposed dwelling. The site has a natural slope toward the rear of the property.
