Application for Amendment of MCU 18/0138
Attached is our Application to change a condition of the Approval of Application No. MCU 18/0138.

The Management Committee of U3A noosa believes that the conditions as set out in your letter of
18 December 2019 have been met without affecting the delivery of our services to U3A members.

In particular, by following the ‘cap’ of the number of persons permitted on site, this has been a
valuable tool in assessing/limiting class attendance sizes, and maximising space utilisation.

The car parking arrangements U3A Noosa has with the Catholic church has been beneficial to both
parties, and we are not aware of any complaints/difficulties in this aspect, in the streets adjacent to
the premises.

Therefore, we request that removal of the Sunset condition (Paragraph 8) be granted.
