               Applicant’s Request
               The applicant has requested to amend Condition 3 which includes the list of approved plans to
               amend the design of the proposed multiple dwelling development.

               The submitted plans and elevations seek to gain a number of amendments to building setbacks to
               each level of the proposal as generally outlined below.
               Basement / Lower Floor
                • Added storage areas at ends of carparks;
                • Lift for Unit 1 relocated; basement entrance amended;
                • New pool for Unit 1;
                • Unit 2 access now from Bottlebrush Ave;
                • Stairwell and lifts reconfigured for Units 2 and 3;
                • Unit 3 reduces bedrooms on this level from 2 to 1;

               Level 1 (Ground Floor)
                 • Layout reconfigured to be more open-plan;
                 • No bedrooms on this level;
                 • Pool and landscaping for Unit 3 reconfigured;
                 • Lift, stairs, and void relocated.

               Level 2 (First Floor)
                 • Layout reconfigured with bedroom added at this level.
                 • Lift, stairs, and void relocated.

               Level 3 / Roof Terrace
                 • Terrace for Unit 3 removed;
                 • Lift, stairs, and void relocated;
                 • Privacy screen included as per Council annotation on approval.

               Elevations
                 • Material palette amended.
                 • Additional screening to windows.
                 • Height confirmed below 12m and three storeys.
                    Maintain all screening devices and setbacks.
