Business & Meetings
of the LDMG




In accordance with section 38 of the Act, the LDMG
will conduct its business, including meetings as
prescribed by the Regulation. Ordinary meetings are
scheduled every three (3) months and extraordinary
meetings are convened as required. Quorum (50% +1
of membership) must be achieved for decisions of the
LDMG to be valid.
