RE: LODGEMENT OF DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION
    Development Application Seeking Development Permit for Material Change of
    Use of Premises for Dual Occupancy over land located at 27 Hilton Terrace,
    Tewantin and described as Lot 106 on RP41223: Urban Fabrics Developments
    Pty. Ltd.


Urban Fabrics Developments Pty. Ltd. has engaged Martoo Consulting to compile and lodge the
above development application with Noosa Shire Council (“Council”) as the Assessment Manager
under the Planning Act 2016.

This development application has been prepared in accordance with the Planning Act 2016 and the
following eight (8) documents are attached and form part of this submission:

     1.    DA Form 1
     2.    Landowners’ Consent
     3.    Proposal Report by Martoo Consulting which includes the following
            Appendix A - Proposal Plans by Quod Architecture
            Appendix B - Sewer and Water Plans, Operational Works - Civil Plans, Vehicle Tracking
              Plan and Stormwater Management Plan by Arcos
            Appendix C - Planning Scheme Assessment

Council is requested to issue our office with the payment link for Council’s fees payable to Council for
its assessment of the above development application so that the applicant can pay Council’s fees directly
to Council online.
