I refer to the application to establish short term accommodation by the owners of 1/25 Edward Street Noosaville.
We would like to oppose the granting of this approval.
We believe that approval would add to the increase of noise, traffic and safety problem in Noosa. It would also add to the shortage of local permanent rental accommodation and place the area under increasing pressure.
