The Assessment Manager,

I refer to the development application for 271 Lake Macdonald Drive & 300 Kennedys Road .

1. A CMU was lodged on the 27th December during the holiday period which substantially inhibited  genuine public comment which I think is against the spirit and ethics of relevant legislation and public interest

2. No notice on the property was displayed in the prescribed time frame which subverts due process.

3. The time frame given in this attached Public Notice makes no honest attempt at listening to genuine public concern or interest.

I therefor request Planning Branch to require the applicant to re-issue conforming notification that will allow time for meaningful public comment and note the concerns this application will raise.
