RE: Development application for a material change of use of premises at 64 Poinciana Avenue and ancillary carpark at 5 Moorindil Street, Tewantin, QLD 4565 to Community Uses - Education Type 3 Adult.

 

Dear Patrick,

 

In accordance with section 18.1 of the Development Assessment Rules, I wish to advise that publica notification for this development application was undertaken from 8 January 2019 to 30 January 2019 in compliance with the requirements of section 17 and Schedule 3 of the Development Rules.

 

I confirm the following public notification actions were undertaken for the above application.

 

1.	A notice was published in the Noosa News on 8 January 2019.

 

2.	Two noticed were placed on the premises of 64 Poinciana Avenue and 5 Moorindil Street Tewantin in the way prescribed under the Development Assessment Rules on the 8 January 2019 and removed on the 31 January 2019.

 

3.	The owners of all lots adjoining the premises were notified on the subject of the application on 8 January 2019.
