Under instruction of the Applicant, we hereby give written notice to suspend the
Applicant’s appeal period under Section 75 of the Planning Act 2016 (Planning Act) for
the above-mentioned development approval granted on 21 July 2026.

The giving of this notice suspends the Applicant appeal period for a concurrent period     Brisbane
of 20 business days. We calculate the 20-business day suspension period will have effect   Turrbal and Yuggera Country
