                                             reduced mobility.


                                             - Integrates small dwellings within the medium
                                             density residential built form to increase housing
                                             choice.


                                             - Provides for an efficient pattern of land use and
                                             infrastructure that creates walkable and legible
                                             residential neighbourhoods that integrate with active
                                             transport networks along Eumundi Noosa Rd, and
                                             are well connected to nearby activity centres &
                                             employment nodes in Noosaville.
