i We act on behalf of Country Club Villages Pty Ltd which is the registered proprietor of Lot 2 on

; SP162077 located at 35 Walter Hay Drive, Noosaville.

, An application for Operational Works for Landscaping was approved by the Sunshine Coast
Regional Council (formerly Noosa Shire Council) on 17" November, 2006. Notification of the
approval was received in this office on 24"" November, 2006. The Council's file reference for the
approval is 2005/698.

Stage 1 of the works has been substantially completed but Stage 2 cannot be completed until
other major site works have been completed. These works are scheduled for later stages of the
project.

The applicant has proceeded with the works in a staged manner as efficiently as the site and
weather conditions have allowed. Stage 1 of five (5) stages is currently nearing completion. The
extension is required in order to allow the works to proceed as planned. The project is a large
project and the applicant is making every effort to complete the works as efficiently as
circumstances allow. However it will be necessary to extend the currency period for the maximum
possible time allowed by IPA.

In further support of this application we have enclosed:

1. Acheque for $195.00 in payment of the application fee; and
2. Acopy of the Application Form.
