The following features relating to the management of the short-term accommodation are proposed:


     •    Maximum of 2 guests per bedrooms.
     •    A local property manager will oversee the letting, management and maintenance.
     •    A code of conduct is to be developed for all guests.
     •    A local contact person must respond to complaints within an allotted timeframe.
     •    Onsite car parking is available for guests.
     •    No parties or events are to occur on the premises.
     •    Restrict the use of outdoor areas after 9pm.
