No. 2020.0128 Medicentre No 2 Pty Ltd C/- Graeme Jones Kokomo Property Group Sanctuary Cove QLD 4212 Dear Graeme Subject: Structural Assessment – 45 Maple St Cooroy House Relocation As per your request, we have undertaken a visual inspection of the existing “Character House” at 45 Maple Street, Cooroy. The site inspection was carried out on 20 February 2020 by Leigh Ives, a Principal Structural Engineer employed by Bligh Tanner. An assessment of the ability to relocate the house was requested at this time and is provided in the relevant section. INTRODUCTION The purpose of the inspection and this report was to assess the existing structural condition of the property and identify any visible structural issues. Assessment of the existing structure is based on our visual inspection of areas that were easily accessible at ground level only. We understand that your Client intends to relocate the property in an area of similar character housing to maintain the heritage dwelling while allowing the existing block to be developed into a Medical Centre. The proposed site for relocation is not yet determined. Figure 1, 45 Maple St, Cooroy
