It appears that the application may be for Stages 5 & 6 which are being assessed on file nos REC14/0008 & REC14/0009 in which case my calculations make it 11 lots. Obviously, a development permit for Operational Works cannot be issued before the reconfiguration permits. It should also be noted that since 1 July 2014 applications for Water & Sewerage Infrastructure need to be lodged directly with Unitywater as Council no longer has a part in the assessment process. The stage five & six application is to be treated as one OPW application for the two separate REC applications
140008 & 140009. Please change the application details if necessary to reflect this.
