RE:       LODGEMENT OF A DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION (s51 OF PLANNING ACT)
          Development Permit for Reconfiguring a Lot (Boundary Realignment) located at 63,65 and 67
          Hofmann Drive, Noosaville QLD 4566, formally described as Lot 4 -6 on SP322201.


1.    INTRODUCTION
In accordance with Section 51 of the Planning Act 2016, Stockwell Development Group Pty Ltd hereby lodge
a development application over the above-described land. The application seeks approval for a
Development Permit for a Reconfiguring a Lot (Boundary Realignment).


The purpose of the development is to facilitate the re-alignment of the common boundary between Lots
4 &5 and Lots 5 & 6. These realignments are sought for the following reasons:
      •   Accord Lot 4 and 5 common boundary with the development application currently lodged over Lot
          4 for a Childcare Centre (Council Reference: MCU22/0094); and
      •   Amend Lot 5 and 6 common boundary to provide Lot 5 with sufficient lot width and area to ensure
          future development outcomes are not compromised.
