I've gotten in touch with our client regarding this development application. He is aware the application will lapse on the 4th of February and he is doing his best to get the money together in order to make the payment for state assessment. However, he has asked if he is eligible for an extension period of 2 weeks? Will this be possible?

Thanks for following this DA up.  Wilhelm Koschade has taken on this job within our office.  Will referred the DA to DoSDI&P who in turn advised of their fee and requested the form of payment before issuing their invoice.  We have been in contact with the applicant by email and phone several times and yet to receive any response.  We will continually approach the applicant to get a response.
