EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This report presents the staff review of the remaining requirements for completing the Schedule
of Works (SOW) model for updating the current Priority Infrastructure Plan (PIP) to a Local

Infrastructure (PFTI) approved by Council on 18 May and 20 July 2017.
Council needs to have amended its current Priority Infrastructure Plan (PIP) to a Local

infrastructure charges and impose conditions about trunk infrastructure on development.

                         2012 provided in Attachment 1 to the report and indexed to the LGIP June 2014 base date
                         as the basis for applying a uniform generic land cost in the Schedule of Works Model
                         (SOW) for all existing and future land;
C. A minor amendment to the Schedule of Works (SOW) future items for the Public Parks &
                         Land for Community Facilities Network provided in Attachment 2 to the report noting that
                         the cost estimates will be refined following completion of the excel SOW Model;
D. The LGIP Briefing Note provided in Attachment 3 to the report providing the basis for the
                         Infrastructure Network Demand Assumptions and Conversions; and
E. Note that following completion of the SOW model, draft LGIP and Independent Reviewer’s
                         first review, a further report on the complete draft LGIP will be presented for Council’s
                         consideration and adoption to proceed to the Minister’s first State review.
