Attention: The Assessment Manager for MCU 20/0155

We are the owners of the adjoining property Lot 0 GTP105806 and make the following submission:

We support the application for short term accommodation at Lot 2 RP8119901.

We would like the following to be noted in considering the application:

  *           There may be a small encroachment onto our property of the carport associated with the short term accommodation building.
  *           Williams Road is a very narrow, steep road and care and awareness of the possibility of meeting oncoming vehicles is needed in driving on it especially near the narrow bridge over the creek or when the surface is wet.
  *          Additional maintenance by Council may be required on Williams Road as a result of the increased traffic.
