Roeds Pty Ltd and K. Courtney, under which Ferg & Roeds undertook to perform a specific and limited task for K.
Courtney. This report is strictly limited to the matters stated in it and subject to the various assumptions,
qualifications and limitations in it and does not apply by implication to other matters. Ferg & Roeds makes no
representation that the scope, assumptions, qualifications and exclusions set out in this report will be suitable or
