Dear Mr. Brennan,
Our property at 54 Highland Dr. backs directly onto the Csr property at 271 Lake Macdonald Drive.

We have several concerns:

1. The noise and dust of the trucks and the mining activities.

2. The impact to the enviroment regarding the endangered wildlife. 

3. The increase of local flooding which already has a great impact on our estate with loss of animal lifestock.

4. Insufficient signage of the submission and flood study.

We wish to put forward our concerns for you to consider in the assessment of the development.
