1    NOOSA HOLIDAY PARKS UPDATE REPORT TO 31 DECEMBER 2022
     Committee Recommendation
     Moved:           Cr Wilkie
     Seconded:        Cr Lorentson
     That Council note the report by the Property Advisor – Commercial Property to the Services
     & Organisation Committee Meeting dated 7 February 2023 providing an update on
     operations of the Noosa Holiday Park Business Activity to 31 December 2022.
                                                                       Carried unanimously.



2    CAPITAL PROGRAM DELIVERY STATUS – 31 DECEMBER 2022
     Committee Recommendation
     Moved:           Cr Lorentson
     Seconded:        Cr Wilkie
     That Council note the report by the Infrastructure Planning, Design & Delivery Manager to
     the Services & Organisation Committee Meeting dated 7 February 2023 providing an
     update on the delivery of the 2022/2023 Capital Program as at 31 December 2022.

3    COUNCILLORS’ REMUNERATION

     Moved:           Cr Wilkie
     Seconded:        Cr Lorentson
     That Council note the report by the Director Executive Services to the Services &
     Organisation Committee Meeting dated 7 February 2023 informing Council of the
     determinations of the Local Government Remuneration Commission as detailed in the Local
     Government Remuneration Commission Annual Report 2022.
                                                                   Carried unanimously.
