Issue
The alignment of the proposed stormwater pipe has the potential to disturb the structural root system of multiple trees within close proximity.
Information Required
Please provide amended plans that specify which trees are to be retained or removed as part of the works. In addition, please provide an Arborist report for the trees that will have their structural root zone impacted by the works and provide a construction methodology that will ensure the health and structural stability of the trees. The Arborist report must be completed by a Level 5 Arborist.
Issue
The submitted plans do not include the invert levels of the proposed field inlet pit or the existing pit to be connected into.
Information Required
Please provide the invert levels for the existing connection pit and the proposed field inlet pit.

The due date for providing the requested information is Tuesday 29th June 2021. Please advise Council of your response to this information request in accordance with section 13 of the Development Assessment Rules.
If you do not provide a response before the due date, it will be taken as if you have decided not to respond to the information request and Council will continue with the assessment of your application.
