Kabi Kabi Stakeholder Engagement Summary
Initial consultation with the Kabi Kabi peoples has been undertaken and the following outcomes are
recognised as important to the Kabi Kabi:
1. Creation of a Community Cultural Reflection zone that facilitates:
   • Quiet contemplation
   • Small group discussions
   • A general meeting/gathering space
   • Being surrounded by nature
   • Inclusivity and Diversity
2. Opportunities for the display of literature, the use of QR codes and/or signage to educate the users of
   the gardens with regard to cultural and botanic themes including treasure hunts and opportunity for
   cultural guides.
3. Expansion of the Bush Tucker gardens and their education of the users, including a natural terraced
   seating zone overlooking the bush tucker gardens and the lake.
