Re: Application for Development Approval for a 07/2431 Operational Works -
    Landscaping situated at 35 Walter Hay Drive Noosaville described as Lot 2
    on SP 162077

I refer to your application and advise that pursuant to Section 3.5.7.(2) of the Integrated
Planning Act, Council hereby extends the decision making period for the application
until 31 January 2008. This extension has been made to allow Council further time to
assess the application.

Please note that if the outstanding payment of these bonds and/or contributions has
not been paid by 31 January 2008, then a preliminary approval for the above
application may be issued.

The preliminary approval does not grant approval for the works to commence. A further
application for a Development Permit, together with the relevant forms and fees will
need to be lodged with Council for assessment. You are reminded that these permits, if
issued, do not affect the relevant (currency) period for any other approval, which may
lapse independent of this application.
