Submission Objecting To The Proposed Noosa Civic Expansion 29 July 2015 Although NHC interests with respect to the above QIC development application are mainly at this strategic planning level, NHC believes that if the development application is approved with the similar extent and nature of retail as proposed in the current QIC development application, there will be significant economic impact for NHC. If the application is approved, the NHC reserves the right to exercise their right to appeal Council's decision as per Section 462 of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009. Please contact myself on behalf of the NHC at the above address if Council require any further information and/or clarification of matters raised in this submission or in any subsequent communication with NHC in relation to this submission.
