Attention: Lisa Pienaar
Dear Ms Pienaar,
Re: Further Advice
At: 22 Delorme St Noosa Heads Qld 4567
With reference to the abovementioned development application and the subsequent
further advice from Council, we have prepared a response to the engineering matters
raised as follows.
Driveway 2
1. In reference to Council’s Further Request for Information on 28th of October,
Council identified that there was insufficient detail to demonstrate that a B99
vehicle can appropriately manoeuvre in and out of proposed ‘driveway 2’
(Delorme Street frontage).
a. Provide an additional Turning Path Plan that demonstrates how a B99
vehicle can enter and exit the proposed driveway along the frontage of
Delorme Street. The additional plan must be prepared by a suitably
qualified person (RPEQ – Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland)
and must consider how vehicles occupying the available on-street carparks
affect a B99’s ability to enter/exit the proposed driveway.
The plans have been amended to incorporate the information for Council’s request.
We believe that the above satisfactorily addresses the engineering matters raised in the
information request, however, should additional information be required, please contact
our office directly.
Yours faithfully,
RECOR Pty Ltd
