7.0     SEWERAGE RETICULATION


Refer to Drawing Number C6361/22/P06 in Appendix B for layout of proposed sewerage
reticulation.


An existing 160mm diameter sewer gravity main is located within Reserve Street to the
east of the site. It is proposed to extend this gravity network 180m west before
transitioning to a low-pressure sewer rising main which will service proposed allotments
and provide a connection point to existing allotments should they opt to utilise it. House
connections, boundary kits and low-pressure sewer design details will be provided by the
system manufacturer and lodged as part of future detailed design packages.


Refer to the attached UnityWater email correspondence confirming that the site may be
serviced by the existing downstream gravity sewer network.




8.0     WATER SUPPLY


A layout of the proposed water reticulation is included on Drawing Number C6361/22/P06
in Appendix B.


An existing 100mm diameter water main exists within the Triller Court road reserve. An
extension to this main will be constructed with the proposed road extension. The new
main will be designed to loop around the proposed cul-de-sac head in accordance with
UnityWater guidelines.


It is proposed that Unitywater will supply and install individual water meters to service
new allotments upon lodgement and payment of the applicable fee.
