The attached ‘Unitywater Netserve Plan’ document that you supplied with your SAN shows a red outline of the
sewer are but below is the screen grab I have lifted from the ‘Connections areas, Schedule of Works and existing
infrastructure’ map located at https://www.unitywater.com/building-and-developing/reference-library as below:




But I assume this isn’t up to date as the sewer has clearly been extended to the new subdivision. The contours of
the land can clearly avail lot 4 with sewer connections to the sewer within Reserve Street, but I will need to check
this with Michael as the Sewer catchment may have been revised to reflect what you have shown in your plan…



Is this a correct summary of the SAN request?



I will seek to talk to Michael about this tomorrow and will contact you after that.
