Development Application - Material Change of Use Open Space Type 1 – Sport and Recreation
(Playground and Associated Facilities) over land described as Lots 1 and 2 on RP153299 and
Lot 3 on SP230055 and located at 1 and 3 Maple Street and 9 Marara Street, Cooroy.

Please find enclosed a development application that has been prepared in accordance with the
Planning Act 2016 and lodged with your Council as the Assessment Manager of this application.

The enclosed development application includes:
           1.       Proposal Report and Attachments;
           2.       Proposal Plan/s;
           3.       Completed IDAS Form 1 and owners consent
The applicant will transfer Councils fee to the relevant Department following confirmation of the application
number and fees.
