The public notification included: th (a) Publishing a notice in Noosa News on Tuesday, 24 May 2016 (copy of advertisement attached); and, (b) Placing a notice on the land in the way prescribed under the Sustainable Planning Regulation 2009 th th from Tuesday, 24 May 2016 until Friday, 17 June 2016 (photo of the signs as erected on the land is attached); and, (c) Giving a notice to the owners of all land adjoining the land.
