DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FOR MATERIAL CHANGE OF USE OF PREMISES - RETAIL BUSINESS TYPE
4 – SHOWROOM (AUTOMOTIVE PARTS AND ACCESSORIES)

I have undertaken and completed the public notification with respect to the above development
application in accordance with the requirements of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009, Chapter 6, Part
4, Division 2.

The public notification included:

(a) Publishing a notice in Noosa News on Tuesday, 24 May 2016 (copy of advertisement attached);
    and,
(b) Placing a notice on the land in the way prescribed under the Sustainable Planning Regulation 2009

    from Tuesday, 24 May 2016 until Friday, 17 June 2016 (photo of the signs as erected on the land
    is attached); and,
(c) Giving a notice to the owners of all land adjoining the land. A list of the names and addresses and
    the date they were notified is attached to this notice.
