     Please find attached the.above forms along with a mud map showing the area affected.


     As you would be aware we are a not for profit voluntary community organisation whose
     overall responsibility is to maintain the show grounds for now and future generations to
     enjoy.

     Therefore we are extremely fortunate to have been offered from the Sunshine Coast
     Council clean fill which will benefit the show grounds in the following ways
     1.    Eliminate (reducethe pooling of water from flooding and heavy rain.
     2.       Enable more car parking for users of the facilities


     Reiterating that we are a NFP Community Group we would be very grateful for any
     reduction or hopefully waivering of fees connected to this exercise.
