It is considered that the required changes are reasonable and will not have a detrimental impact
on the presentation of the dwelling unit. The dwelling unit’s current height is not excessive and
therefore the increase will not result in a development that is excessively bulky.
The resultant increase in height is approximately 1.1 metres
