I (We), make the following submission:
As joint owners and rate payers of an adjacent residential property we are concerned that the type of Development has a potential to provide Public nuisance and excessive noise, given the temporary nature of the occupants.
Taking into account the comments on the Acoustic report as to the restriction of Parties and Entertainment functions we are concerned as to how this would possibly be policed and managed prior to it becoming a disturbance to our surrounding property.
The proposed Project will effect the privacy of our tenants on the North/East Boundry, given the 2 storey nature of the building and open breezeways facing our property.
