                                      means a cash account equivalent of $200,000 to be maintained
                                      by TN during the term of this Deed and administered in
                                      accordance with the terms of this Deed. The purpose of this fund

                                      is to provide for unforeseen expenditure on TN activities that fall
                                      outside of TN’s Destination Noosa Strategy 2023 – 2027 (or its
                                      equivalent as updated during the Term of this Deed).


                                      means this deed (the Tourism Noosa Funding and Performance

                                      means the plan and associated documents that Council has

         Destination Noosa            means the Council-approved strategy document developed by

                                      means an entity to be established by Council, comprised of key

                                      means the date on which the last of the Parties provides its
