RE:     LODGEMENT OF APPLICATION
Other Change Application to 132004.5633.02 for an Educational Establishment over Lot 6 on
RP848414 and located at 35 Rules Road, Pomona

Please find enclosed an Other Change Application which has been prepared in accordance with the
Planning Act 2016 and lodged with your Council as the Assessment Manager of this application.

The enclosed development application includes:
           1.        Proposal Report and Attachments A to L ;
           2.        Proposal Plans;
           3.        Completed IDAS Form 5;
           4.        Owners consent:
           5.        Request for fee dispensation; and
           6.        Tax Exemption and Charity Status.
In accordance with Councils fee schedule the following fee applies:
          Proposed GFA: 1867m2
          Type 2 School up to 200m2 :        $ 2327.00
          Plus $6/ 1667 :                    $10,002.00
          Total:                             $ 12,329.00 less 50% charitable = $6164.50
The applicant is seeking a waiver of 100% of Councils fees as outlined in the attached
correspondence.
