Re: Public Notification
Development Permit for Material Change of Use of Premises – Retail Business
Types 6 & 7 and Industrial Business Type 2

I, Sandi Davidson have undertaken and completed the Public Notification with respect
of the above application.

The Public Notification included:

1. Publishing a public notice advertisement in the Noosa News on 14/02/2017. A
   copy of the newspaper advertisement is enclosed.

2. Placing notices on each road frontage of the land in the way prescribed by the
   Regulation. These notices remained on the land from 14/02/2017 to 09/03/2017.
   As such the sign was maintained on the land for a minimum of 15 business days.
   The signs were inspected regularly throughout the notification period and
   remained intact for the whole notification period. Photographs of the notice are
   enclosed.

3. Adjoining land owners were notified by registered post on the 14/02/2017.
   Enclosed is a list of adjoining landowners with tracking numbers.
