Thank you for sending the Change Application Form earlier today
Antoinette. 

Herewith attached is application and supporting forms and drawings.

I can advise that the shade sail frame will be white in colour as will
be the high quality pvc fabric sail cover. 

For easy reference I have also included the BA drawings for the pavement
works which have already been completed. 

There are temporary hired marquees in place at present. 

Kevin Covey and I met with Wil and Kerri recently about this sail. Kerri
asked that the area of the sail be reduced, which you will see has
happened. 

Please advise how I might effect the payment of the application fee
which I understand to be $1904. Can you please check that as it does
seem a lot of money for such a simple application to replace an old
shade structure with new.
