Introduction This report is in response to the Information Requests issued by Noosa Council on 12 February 2015 in relation to Application No. MCU2014/0106 and OPW15/0001. The matters referred to herein relate to the issues raised and the information required that refer to the Commercial Needs Assessment prepared by Urbis in December 2014. For convenience and clarity we have adopted sub headings that relate to the issues raised by Council.
