proposed change seeks to exclude part of the site from the ambit of the current development
application.
A fee is not prescribed in Council’s 2014/15 Register of Regulatory Fees and Commercial
Charges for changing a development application prior to the decision stage because, in this
case, the change does not increase the size or scale of the proposed development. There
is no change to total use area, number of lots or gross floor area. In this case, the total area
of the site to which the development application is to apply is reduced by approximately
25,880m2. Total site area after the change will be approximately 289,358m2.
On behalf of the Applicant, we request that Noosa Shire Council confirm the proposed change is
a minor change and that IDAS does not stop. We also request that Noosa Shire Council take
action to comply section 352 of the SPA.

As a partial response has been provided to Council’s information request, we will commence
public notification of the development application. Notice of commencement of public notification
will be provided to you by the Applicant’s advertising contractor.
