We refer to the abovementioned development application and the associated correspondence
from Noosa Shire Council dated 12 February 2015 constituting an Information Request pursuant
to section 276 of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 (SPA).

As you are aware, we act for QIC Noosa Civic Pty Ltd (Applicant) in relation to the development
application.

Enclosed, in accordance with section 278(1)(b) of the SPA, please find the Applicant’s response
to the information request providing part of the requested information. In accordance with section
278(1)(b) of the SPA, the Applicant asks Council to proceed with its assessment of the
development application.

This correspondence also constitutes written notice, pursuant to section 351(1) of the SPA, of a
proposed minor change to the development application. The nature and extent of the proposed
change and an assessment of the change against the tests outlined in section 350 of the SPA
