                               Payment obligation for O&M Fee is not suspended for Services that can still be performed, but is otherwise suspended

                               Parties to recommence performance as soon as possible once FM Event is ended

                               Termination by either party after [6 months] continuous suspension. To be linked to payment on termination clause

46.    Variations              The Superintendent may direct variations and may request an estimate or a quote for variations.

                               Variations will be valued by agreement or failing agreement in accordance with an agreed order of precedence. YEF may
                               claim an extension of time for delay caused by variations.
