So disappointed to see yet another property that couldn’t be sold so let’s let it out on Airbnb!
It can’t be sold because owners want to push up prices for their own selfish gain.
Short term rentals are driving our community apart, where do you live if you work here? Hospitality or casual workers can’t afford these sorts of rents nor any worker for that matter.
When they are not let out they are empty and how many short term rentals will be vacant because of the competition? It’s time to put a cap on this
I suspect the owners are not a part of the community anyway and are taking their earnings out of the community, therefore are not putting back or contributing.
The community also doesn’t need the yahoos that come with the territory either, you don’t need to do too much research to work that one out.
