MCU15/0109 PM Submission 2 of 3 A & P Taylor
Subject: Application no. MCU15/0109 Resort Drive Noosa Heads From: Alan and Pam Taylor Date: 2016-05-13T06:33:44+00:00 To: Mailbox Council Mail Dear Sir/ Madam Further to my email sent to you on May 9 regarding the koala habitat I would also like to suggest that some consideration is given to saving a few of the very old trees on the site. There are some old pine trees on the southern boundary near where the Swimming pool is shown on the plan and also some old fig trees near Building C. Also some near Building A and Building B. Also consideration should be given to avoid any disturbance to the diameter of the root system caused by construction of the dwellings. Another problem would be heavy vehicles visiting the site, could they use the entry opposite the rear carpark of the clubhouse as this would alleviate traffic problems further down the road is it is very narrow and would not take too many heavy vehicles. I will send some photos of koalas we have seen in the past few weeks on a following email. Your consideration of the above concerns is appreciated. Yours faithfully Alan Taylor 840/100 Resort Drive Noosa Heads Qld. 4567 Sent from my iPad
