Please find attached the completed Change Application Form 5 for our Development Application OPW23/0075 at 48 Princess St Cooran.
I believe I have completed the form correctly. Please advise if the form is not completed correctly and I can make the appropriate changes.
As I am only applying for a month’s extension to the original development application with no other changes required, can you please inform me of the application fee for this change. It is a minor change and thus far the application has run smoothly with positive interactions at every level.
